This workshop is designed for Middle Managers aiming to deepen their leadership skills, empower their teams and drive impactful change within their organisations. Through interactive sessions, real-world applications, and guided self-reflection, participants will gain tools to become influential, resilient and effective leaders. • Leading Self - Understanding and mastering oneself as the foundation for leadership success. This segment will cover Self-Awareness, Self-Management and Personal Mastery. You will also develop a leader's mindset. • Leading Team - Leading high-performance teams by effective communication, fostering collaboration, psychological safety and accountability. You will also learn how to give constructive feedback and support team members’ development. The day culminates with a challenging yet supportive role-play exercise in managing difficult conversations, equipping participants with practical skills to handle complex inter-personal situations. • Leading Change - Building change-ready leaders capable of navigating complex systems. You will dive into systems-thinking tools that help them understand organisational complexities and inter-dependencies, and will explore strategies for leading change initiatives with confidence. The workshop concludes with hands-on applications, where you can integrate and apply learned concepts to real-world scenarios, solidifying your readiness to lead impactful change.
