He holds a Master of Science in Human Capital Management from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the Singapore University of Social Sciences (formerly SIM University). As part of his MSc programme, Brian conducted in-depth research on the human resource transformation of the SAF Officer Scheme, further reflecting his keen interest in organisational behaviour, leadership, and team performance.
