Magdalene Sik has more than 25 years of experience as a senior corporate executive in the private sector, responsible for sales and general management.  Her professionalism stems from a combined background from the private, public and people sectors. She has been a volunteer at YMCA since 2009.

 

Magdalene holds a Master of Marketing Communication from the University of Canberra. She is a master trainer specialising in the use of Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument, Writing Dynamics and “Think On Your Feet”.

 

She is a passionate people developer, with a hands-on, practical and experiential approach to training and learning.  Over the years, the Civil Service College, Singapore Institute of Management and corporations like Singapore Airlines, Resorts World Singapore, CapitaLand and PSA Corp have all benefited from her engagement with their executives and participants.
