Team Effectiveness Programme

Assembling a group of intelligent individuals doesn’t guarantee a high-performing team. In fact, many teams often operate at the level of their least effective member. To address this, the Team Effectiveness Programme (TEP) is designed as a two-day workshop that empowers leaders and their team to align on a shared purpose and vision. The programme also establishes team guidelines, summarised as V3R – Vision, Rules, Roles, and Relationships – to set the foundation for cohesion.

 

The TEP is supported by Genium’s proprietary Team Effectiveness Diagnostic Tool that offers insights into the team’s strengths and areas needing improvement. By focusing on key team enablers like Psychological Safety, Accountability, and Clear Communication, the TEP helps teams work together more effectively and achieve higher cohesion and performance.

Engaging in play brings happiness, and a joyful atmosphere enhances learning. Playing and learning together strengthens team bonds. Whether it's a high-energy team retreat or a standalone bonding activity, we create customised, fun-filled sessions where participants connect through play while gaining valuable insights into effective team dynamics.

 

Each session is designed to incorporate key objectives or themes, seamlessly woven into laughter and enjoyment through a variety of activities. Our facilitators ensure that participants clearly understand the intended outcomes, balancing fun with meaningful learning to build stronger teams. Activities options include: Team games, Art Jamming, Domino Challenge, Drone Challenge, RC Car Race etc.

Leading Self, Leading Team, Leading Change

This workshop is designed for Middle Managers aiming to deepen their leadership skills, empower their teams, and drive impactful change within their organisations. Through interactive sessions, real-world applications, and guided self-reflection, participants will gain tools to become influential, resilient, and effective leaders.

Leading Self - Understanding and mastering oneself as the foundation for leadership success. This segment will cover Self-Awareness, Self-Management and Personal Mastery. You will also develop a leader's mindset.

​

​Leading Team - Leading high-performance teams by effective communication, fostering collaboration, psychological safety and accountability. You will also learn how to give constructive feedback and support team members’ development. The day culminates with a challenging yet supportive role-play exercise in managing difficult conversations, equipping participants with practical skills to handle complex inter-personal situations.

Leading Change - Building change-ready leaders capable of navigating complex systems. You will dive into systems-thinking tools that help them understand organisational complexities and inter-dependencies, and will explore strategies for leading change initiatives with confidence. The workshop concludes with hands-on applications, where you can integrate and apply learned concepts to real-world scenarios, solidifying your readiness to lead impactful change.
